Criss Cross Puffy Braids- Girls Up Do’s

09/05/09 | Uncategorized

Start with two ponies on the top of the head…
Part a new section for a pony tail just under the left pony tail. Grab the hair from the pony above it and add it to the new pony tail you are making but LEAVING OUT A SMALL SECTION. Now take a small section from the pony tail on the right and add it to the section also. Secure it with a pony tail holder.
Now part a new section of hair under the right pony tail and add the loose hair from the left pony tail to make an x on the back of the head. Secure it with a pony tail. You could stop now if you wanted to and leave some hair down, or continue.
Reapeat, I think it’s easier to just look at the pictures than try to explain it, so just keep going.

The finished product!

I used to do this to my girls when they were toddlers, but I think it’s still cute on big girls too!
