{Getting Fit} Day 3 with Zumba Fitness Core XBox 360

Today was a busy day so I did a short class and then did about 20 push-ups, 50 leg lifts (on my back for my tummy), and 100 arabesque kicks on each leg.

Here is my score for today:

Today I ate:
-Muscle Milk shake- 12 oz
-6 oz of beef lunch meat
-Muscle Milk shake- 12 oz
-Peanut Granola Bar
-Burrito (flour tortilla, refried beans, light sour cream, salsa and small amount of shredded cheese)
-Sugar free pudding

    Zumba has become popular these past years, hasn’t it? By the way, try using leg weights to make those leg lifts even more effective. And instead of doing 50 lifts, do it in moderation and by 20’s. Try to feel the stretches as well.
