What Does The Fox Say? Valentines~ Free Printables

02/10/14 | Holidays, Valentines Day

"What Does The Fox Say?" Free Valentines Printable from Tips From a Typical Mom

If you live on planet Earth, you know the song “What Does the Fox Say” and if you don’t, you’re lucky because it gets stuck in your head and your kids WON’T stop singing it. You know what is fun though? Ask google on your phone “What does the fox say” and you’ll get an answer. Go ahead, try it, I’ll wait for you here.

Ok, you’re back? Funny huh?

Anyway, my kids love this song and I though it would be fun to make some “What Does the Fox Say” Valentines for them to give out to their classmates. And guess what? Because I love my readers, you can have them too!

Just CLICK HERE to download them. I got that cute little fox png from Collective Creation on Etsy.

They come two to a sheet and they are 4×6 and made to fold in half to hold a candy bar or sucker in the middle.  I’ll show you how that’s done.

You’ll need stickers or clear tape, a box cutter or exacto knife and some kind of candy.

It’s best to use a paper cutter so your cuts are straight. Mine always are so wobbly when I use scissors. Now get out a box cutter or exacto knife and cut two 1/2 inch slits on the back. You can just eyeball this. (If you are just adding a candy bar, you can just tape it to the inside of the card with double sided tape).

Notice how I cut the slits way over to the side for the sucker stick? This is important if you don’t want the sucker hanging WAY out the end of the card.

Turn the card over and slide the sucker stick in.

Now fold in half and add a sticker to the bottom to keep it closed. You can also use clear tape if the heart is too distracting for you.

Have your child fill out the back with his name and a classmates name and you’re done! Easy Peasy!

Happy Valentines Day Everyone!

Love,
Annette
