Clean Eating~ Greek Salad

04/12/14 | Health, Recipes, Salad, Sides

I’ve been trying really hard to focus on eating healthier. I think that clean eating is more up my alley because it doesn’t have as many restrictions as a Paleo Diet. This Greek Salad is perfect for a clean eater. It only uses four ingredients for the dressing. So simple and so flavorful. I’m part of a Clean Eating challenge with a bunch of other bloggers! Scroll to the bottom to see all their awesome Clean Eating recipes too!

Eating Clean Greek SaladGreek Salad

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 head of Romaine Lettuce ripped into bite sized pieces

Combine all ingredients except for the lettuce and let sit for about 15 minutes for the flavors to blend. Add the lettuce and toss to coat. Serve cold.
