Easy Chocolate Banana Croissant Rolls

10/23/14 | Desserts and Treats, Recipes, Rolls

I’m all about easy. Especially when it comes to an after school snack for the kids. These Chocolate Banana Croissant Rolls are so easy to make because there are only 3 ingredients, and you use pre-made crescent rolls. They will also make your house smell so amazing!

Chocolate and Banana Croissants

Chocolate & Banana Croissants

  • One medium banana
  • 1 – 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (you choose semi-sweet or milk)
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Start out by opening and unrolling the crescent rolls onto parchment paper. I just work right on the cookie sheet that I will be baking them on.

Chocolate and Banana Croissants

Slice the banana thinly right in the banana skin. This makes for easier clean up!

Chocolate and Banana Croissants

Put a few slices of banana on the base of the triangle part of the crescent. Sprinkle a few chocolate chips or more if you want them really chocolaty.

Chocolate and Banana Croissants

Roll the crescent dough from the bottom of the triangle all the way to the tip.

Chocolate and Banana Croissants

Place on the baking sheet on parchment paper with the tip of the triangle on the bottom. Now curve the roll into a crescent shape.
