Easy Cheese & Garlic Pull Apart Rolls

06/21/16 | Bread, Breads, Recipes, Rolls

I love easy recipes and this is one of the easiest! My daughter actually came up with this recipe all on her own. So today she is letting me share it with you!

Easy Cheese and Garlic Pull Apart Rolls

I want all my kids to know how to take care of themselves when they get older. I want them to be able to cook all the recipes on my blog. So I always have them in the kitchen with me. Helping and learning as we go. It’s so rewarding when I see them in the kitchen making healthy choices and making things from scratch.

This recipe is one that my daughter loves to make. It’s not completely from scratch, because you use a store bought dough, but she has made it her own. I hope you and your family enjoy it as much as we do!

Easy Cheese & Garlic Pull Apart Rolls

  • two 8 oz. containers refrigerated Croissant Rolls
  • 1/4 stick salted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons dried or fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Start by laying out your croissant roll dough on a cutting board. Using a pizza cutter, cut the rolls into small squares. About 1″ x 1″. Put the dough in a medium bowl and stir in the melted butter. Sprinkle the garlic powder, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, and parsley over the dough and stir.

Spray the cups of a muffin pan with a non stick spray. Spoon some of the dough into the muffin cups and make sure they are all even. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.

Easy Cheese and Garlic Pull Apart Rolls

Bake at 375 degrees for about 10-15 minutes or until browned on top. Let the rolls cool for about 10 minutes. Carefully remove the rolls using a butter knife to loosen the edges of the rolls from the pan. Enjoy!
