{“White Trash” Christmas Party Mix} Recipe and Free Printable Gift Tags

12/16/12 | Christmas, Free Printable, Gift Ideas, Holidays

This recipe was so easy and fast!  This is the best “Go To” recipe if you need something quick for a party or neighbor gifts, because you are a procrastinator like me!  Come on, you know you are if you are reading this right now, and you don’t already have your neighbor gifts done and sent out.  Sheesh, what kind of person are you?  Oh, wait, you’re like me, never mind.

Look! If you are giving this as gifts, I’ve even made you a personalizable (is that even a word?) printable gift tag!  The back of it even has the recipe so your neighbors can make this awesome stuff too!  You can load these into Photoshop and type your name under Love,… see!?  Personalizable!

You can download the front of the page HERE.  These have 6 tags per paper.

You can download the back of the page HERE.

I found these cute Bakery Gift Bags at “Dollar Tree”.  This recipe filled 6 of them half way full.  So make more or less according to how much you need.

I originally found this recipe HERE.

Here is the recipe:

Christmas White Trash

24 oz. vanilla flavored candy coating (almond bark)
1 box Kellogg’s Crispix cereal
3 cups Square pretzels
16 oz. M&M’S Peanut Butter Chocolate Candies, or Peanut Chocolate Candies, or Plain Chocolate Candies in Christmas Colors

Melt almond bark according to package directions.

Mix all other ingredients in a HUGE bowl.

Pour melted almond bark onto mix, and mix well with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon.

Spread mix onto wax paper to harden.

Break into pieces and enjoy!

Easy Peasy!  This recipe can be used for any ParTAY by using different colored M&M’s!
