These are so good! I didn’t add any frosting so you could see just how moist they are! They don’t even need frosting, they are that moist. I know some of you think that is blasphemy, but frosting is not one of my favorites anyway 🙂
Super Moist Cupcakes:
1 box Betty Crocker Milk Chocolate Cake Mix ( you could use any flavor, just coordinate the pudding mix flavor with your choice of cake mix)
1 whole egg and 1 yolk only
2 heaping tablespoons of sour cream
1 box chocolate instant pudding and pie mix
1/3 cup oil
1 1/4 cup water
Mix until just blended, we don’t want to add more air than needed! Bake at 25 degrees less than called for on the box, so 325. Bake for about 17 min or until springy in the middle.
