If you are a new mom or an experienced mom, you know how hard it is to get a colicky baby to sleep. Not only to go to sleep but to stay asleep. Especially when it’s nap time and the house is noisy with other things going on.

5 ways to use white noise to help your baby sleep

White noise is an effective way of soothing infants. The sound blocks out noise and simulates being in the womb. Not only does white noise help babies, but it can help children and adults too. Try it out with your kids who have a hard time sleeping on their bed too.

1.Your crying baby will calm down fast when you play this white noise video from YouTube. Try it for yourself and see how much your child loves it.

2. White Noise Free Sleep Sounds app in the iTunes store.

3. If you need white noise on the go, this portable white noise maker is the one for you.

4. This one is my favorite because not only does it create white noise but it’s a projector too. Nursery Projector and Sound System.

5. Here is a playlist on the Amazon Store with a variety of soothing white noise sounds.

I hope this variety of white noise options helps you and your baby get more sleep. Let me know which one works best for you.
