White Chocolate Strawberry Pops

03/31/16 | Desserts and Treats, Holidays, Recipes, Valentines Day

White Chocolate Strawberry Pops are a simple thing to make but they look so fancy for parties and brunches. Who am I kidding? I don’t go to or host brunches. Ha Ha! But I do love to bring food to family parties, and these are always fun!

White Chocolate Strawberry Pops

I think white chocolate and strawberries pair nicely together. I love to make the 4th of July red, white, and blue strawberries and there is no better Valentines Day Gift than chocolate covered Strawberries. They are a perfect treat all year long. These white chocolate strawberry pops are fun for a kids birthday party, Easter party, or summer picnic.

White Chocolate Strawberry Pops

My kids really love helping me make these and they like helping me eat these even better.

White Chocolate Strawberry Pops

  • about 20 strawberries
  • 1 12 oz bag white chocolate chips
  • 20 sucker sticks
  • paper towel
  • wax paper

Clean the strawberries and lay out to dry on a paper towel. Melt the chocolate according to the package directions. Dip the DRY strawberries into the white chocolate. Let the excess white chocolate drip back into the bowl and set on the wax paper. Repeat with each strawberry.

Put the remaining white chocolate into a sandwich size zip top bag and snip a tiny bit of the bottom corner off. Use the bag like a frosting bag to drizzle white chocolate lines over the strawberries. Let the strawberries sit until the chocolate is hardened. Sick a sucker stick into the middle of the green leaves and you’re done!

White Chocolate Strawberry Pops

So easy! Enjoy making these with the kids! They can do almost all of this on their own.
