That’s where this fun 2 ingredient play dough recipe comes in. It’s a fun recipe to make together and when you are done stirring and sprinkling glitter you can have hours of creative play together.

So get out the glitter and let’s get playing!

Add about a cup or so of cornstarch and lotion to a bowl and stir together. Sprinkle in some glitter and a drop of peppermint extract if desired. Add more lotion if the mixture seems too dry, or more cornstarch if the mixture seems too wet. Keep mixing until it reaches a play dough texture.

Watch us make it together:

Have fun making snowmen and cutting out Christmas shapes with cookie cutters.

I’m guessing this dough will dry hard. Can it be baked?

I haven’t tried drying it or baking it. It gets crumbly when it dries. If you want to make ornaments use my “Better Than Salt Dough” recipe instead. https://www.tipsfromatypicalmomblog.com/2012/12/better-than-salt-dough-homemade-clay.html
