Easy Strawberry & Banana Smoothie Recipe

02/21/17 | Beverages, Breakfast, Health, Recipes

Strawberry and Banana Smoothie

Yesterday my kids were sick and all they wanted for breakfast was a smoothie. So I looked in the freezer to see what I had in there that would work for a smoothie and all I had was frozen strawberries. Not even ice! So we had a little experiment, and it worked out perfectly! This smoothie is so simple yet so delicious! Your family will love it.

Here is a little video I made for you so you can see just how easy this smoothie is to make.

Here are all the ingredients you need for this simple smoothie. Only 4 ingredients!

Let’s talk about blenders for a minute. I’ve owned a lot of different blenders throughout my life, and I can honestly say that the Vitamix (affiliate) is my all time favorite.

Vitamix Smoothie Maker

The square shape of the pitcher and the powerful motor makes the best smoothies and soups. I also use my blender to make guacamole and salsa. So delicious! You can find the best deal HERE. (affiliate)

Now let’s get blending!

Easy Strawberry & Banana Smoothie

  • 4 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar, or other sweetener
  • 1 banana

Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
