Welcome to a celebration of all things sweet and nutty – the Pecan Pie Party Dip! I shared this recipe on TikTok and it went viral, and for good reason, it’s delicious! If you’re a fan of pecan pie and are looking for a creative twist to serve at your next gathering, you’re in for a treat. Get ready to elevate your hosting game with this delightful and indulgent Pecan Pie Party Dip that will have your guests returning for more.

Ingredients:

Before we delve into the step-by-step guide for the Pecan Pie Party Dip, let’s gather the ingredients:

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tub whipped topping
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 1/3 cup Karo Syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits, optional
  • Graham crackers, apple slices, or pretzels for dipping

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cream Cheese Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1/2 tub of whipped cream. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to blend until smooth and creamy. Spread into a pie pan.
  2. To a medium saucepan, add the butter, brown sugar, pecans, Karo Syrup, and egg. Stir over medium heat until it starts to boil. Remove from heat and add the vanilla and optional toffee bits. Stir until it stops bubbling.
  3. Let the topping cool for about 10 minutes, then pour on top of the cream mixture.
  4. Chill and Set: Allow the dip to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with Style: To serve, surround the dip with graham crackers, apple slices, Nilla Wafers, or pretzels for dipping. The variety of dippables will cater to every taste preference.
  6. Garnish and Impress: For the finishing touch, garnish the dip with a few extra toasted pecans or a drizzle of caramel sauce. This not only adds visual appeal but intensifies the pecan pie experience.

Hosting a gathering is not just about serving delicious food; it’s about creating lasting memories with friends and family. So, go ahead, indulge in the warmth of company, share laughter, and enjoy the delightful flavors of this unique party dip that brings the essence of pecan pie to a whole new level. Cheers to sweet celebrations!
