Valentines Day is in just a few days and I hope you are ready for it. There’s nothing worse than forgetting a holiday that involves your spouses happiness. Gourmet Chocolate Covered Strawberries

  • Strawberries
  • Melting chocolate (we use Bakers Melting Chocolate (affiliate link)
  • White chocolate
  • Wax paper

Wash and dry your strawberries thoroughly. Melt the chocolate according to package directions. Dip the strawberries in the chocolate and let drip for a few seconds. Letting them drip makes it so there isn’t huge puddles of chocolate under the strawberries. Melt the white chocolate according to package directions. Put a sandwich size zip lock bag into a cup opened up around the edge, as seen in the video. Pour the white chocolate into the bag and twist the top to close. Cut a VERY SMALL amount of the tip off the bag. Working in a quick back and forth motion, drizzle the white chocolate over the strawberries going completely off the edges, as seen in the video. Let the strawberries sit until the chocolate is hardened then move to a pretty package. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
